Forest at Stone Oak Subdivision, San Antonio, TX
Main Entrance to Forest at Stone OakThis beautiful subdivision in the heart of Stone Oak has a lot to offer buyers looking for their Dream Homes. If you are seeking luxury homes at their finest, you owe it to yourself to take a drive out this weekend to view some of these nice Custom Built Homes in the Forest at Stone Oak Subdivision, San Antonio, TX.609 Pinon720 Pinon

While you are out this weekend, you will want to stop by Saturday and Sunday at 609 Pinon Blvd too, since the doors will be opened for our Open House. For more information, see Open House This Weekend in The Forest at Stone Oak. In the meantime, take a stroll through this controlled access community to view some of these lovely homes. If you enjoy a touch of nature with all the mature oak trees, and nicely landscaped yards, then come on out to see for yourself what the Forest at Stone Oak has to offer buyers who are ready to make that move up into their Dream Home with some luxury living. Club House at Forest at Stone Oak

All of these custom built homes have very large lots, ranging in size from .5 acre to nearly 2 acre lots. Many of these lots are large enough to add your own swimming pool, and some of these gorgeous homes already have an in-ground pool. But if not, there is a local club house with swimming pool, kids playground, and sports court.

If location is a concern, you are located just off Wilderness Oak, which runs right into Hardy Oak to the East and Blanco Road to the West, just giving you two routes to leave this subdivision to gain access to Loop 1604 N, which can put you onto US Hwy 281 N, or Interstate Hwy 10 West. Enjoy shopping and restaurants at Hwy 281 intersection or go on down toward IH-10 West to the Rim or the Shoppes at La Cantera. Swimming Pool Area

Presently there are 5 Active listings on the market in the Forest at Stone Oak, and Two homes have sold in the last six months.  The average days on market for homes sold has been 24, and the average days on market for all Active listings is 142. Of the two homes that sold, the sellers were able to get 93 to 96% of their asking price. Normally, high end luxury homes stay on the market longer than lower priced homes, but reviewing all the statistics for this neighborhood, there were only two active homes that stayed on the market longer than 180 days. Those two sold homes enjoyed a very quick sale, and one can only assume that it was exactly what those buyers were looking for. Forest at Stone Oak BridgeKids Playground
