What is MRP?

This is one of National Association of REALTORS®'s newest designations. I am honored to say that I am a Military Relocation Professional serving military personnel and their families in San Antonio, Texas, also known as Military City USA.

MRP logoAs a Military Relocation Professional, I am very familiar with the military communities in our city, since I grew up in San Antonio, and I am also a retired US Army VIetnam war veteran. While serving my country for 22 years, I have become very familiar with the stress of moving and relocating to a new permanent change of station(PCS). A real estate professional can assist in making these transfers easier, faster, and less stressful. Yes, our military members are moving every two to three years, and others are deployed even sooner.

A Military Relocation Professional can assist  military members and their families in finding a new place of residence. It doesn't matter if you need to rent temporarily, sell, or buy a home, lot, or condo, since I am knowledgeable of the market in our area, and I am here earn your business through respect and trust.

San Antonio has very large military community with military and civilian employees at Fort Sam Houston TX(Port San Antonio), Randolph Air Force Base, and Lackland Air Force Base. Port San Antonio is now Tri-Service for all medical training, and has a new medical training center called San Antonio Military Medical Center(SAMMC), which took the place of Brooke Army Medical Center(BAMC).

Being familiar with military terms like LES(Leave & Earnings Statement), BAH(Basic Allowance for Housing), AHRN(Automated Housing Referral Network), BX or PX(Base Exchange or Post Exchange) are very helpful for any Military Relocation Professional when communicating with our military members, and their families.

I wish to thank all active and retired military members and their families for their sacrifices, and dedication to serve our country. I am committed to serve you for all your real estate needs in and around the San Antonio Military community.  Call me Today at 210-789-4216, or visit my website at Homes For Sale in San Antonio, TX.
